MATC Director Richardson Viewed Ken Asbury as a Mentor

Asbury was head football coach of the Spartans for eight years and led the track and field program for 19 years. Richardson said the Hall of Famer was more than a coach to him….

Ken Asbury graduated from Moberly High School in 1955 and returned to begin his teaching career in 1972. He served in the school district until his retirement in 1994.
