Massive Fourth Quarter Secures Moberly Courtwarming Sweep
A big fourth quarter by the Moberly boys helped secure a courtwarming sweep of Harrisburg with a 78-65 win Friday night. Harrisburg jumped out to a 12-4 lead and held the advantage most of the game. Moberly cut the deficit to three in the first, four in the second and one in the third but the Bulldogs pulled away each time. Moberly finally broke through early in the final frame.

Harrisburg was powered by a 34-point performance from Trace Combs.
Moberly outscored the Bulldogs 27-11 in the fourth. BJ Godreau led the team with 24 points. Cameron Doubrava added 19 and Mason Bivins finished with 12. Coach Brett Boyer was happy with how his team adjusted defensively after giving up 26 points in the first quarter.
Harrisburg’s largest lead was 11 in that first frame. Coach Kyle Fisher thought his offense lacked down the stretch.
Moberly moves to 8-8 and Harrisburg falls to 9-7.
