Market on Main to be Held Saturday in Milan

Final preparations are being made for the 2021 edition of Market on Main in Milan this Saturday. Activities will begin with a Fireman’s Breakfast at 7am. Milan City Administrator Fred Ventresco says it will be nice to have this event back after it was canceled last year due to COVID-19.
The Market on Main BBQ Contest will begin at 8am with judging taking place at 2pm. Other activities include a dunk tank, bounce houses, and museum tours. Ventresco adds there will also be live music from 1-2:30pm.
Activities will conclude with a Lucas Oil Tractor Pull beginning at 7pm. A full schedule of events can be found on the City of Milan, Missouri Facebook page.
