Market Analyst To Keynote Missouri Livestock Symposium

Erwin says producers will have eight tracks of sessions the following day, including new topics for beef cattle producers still trying to recover from high input costs and low rainfall.

Educational sessions will also cover forages, horses, meat goats, sheep, stock dogs, and farm management.  The Missouri Livestock Symposium will run Dec. 1st from 4 to 9 p.m. and Dec. 2nd from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is free to attend.  That includes the beef supper at 6 p.m. next Friday, and Governor’s Style Luncheon the following day.
