Marion County Endangered Person Advisory

The Marion County Sheriffs Office has issued an “Endangered Person Advisory” for 22-year-old Harrison Charles Vessell of Hannibal. He is a white male, approximately 5ft 9 inches tall with hazel eyes. Vessell has a fair complexion and was last see wearing a gray coat with blue jeans. According to the press release, Vessell was last seen at his residence in Hannibal around midnight. A note was later found later, indicating suicidal statements and it is reported that he was in possession of a handgun.

Anyone with information related to this endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 or contact the nearest law enforcement agency. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office immediately at 573-769-2077.
