Marceline Woman Moderately Injured in Chariton County Crash

A Marceline woman suffered moderate injuries in a Chariton County accident about 6:30pm Friday. The Highway Patrol reports 65-year-old Shirley Holt and Paul Bixenman of Salisbury struck head on at the crest of a hill on Morton Road one mile east of Marceline. Holt headed to a Linn County hospital with moderate injuries while Bixenman refused treatment for minor injuries.
