Marceline Council Addresses Purchasing and Living Requirements

The Marceline City Council addressed how some purchases can be made, and also where employees are required to live, during its meeting last week. City Manager Richard Hoon.
The police chief and the city manager have been required to live in the city limits.
Some board appointments were also made.
