Moberly Police say officers arrested a man Sunday night after receiving a complaint about a man exposing himself to a girl at a convenience store on South Morley. The initial report came in around 7:45. About an one hour later, reports of similar activity came from the parking lot of another business on North Morley. The victim was able to provide an exact vehicle description and license plate for the vehicle as well as a description of the male driver and sole occupant. Just after 10:15, an officer saw the vehicle traveling south in the 17 hundred block of North Morley and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was taken into custody without incident. The man was booked for sexual misconduct, and stalking, He was taken to the Randolph County Justice Center on five thousand dollars bond. He posted bond and was released from custody. The name is being withheld until formal charges are filed.
