The Board of Directors of the Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation has elected new officers and welcomed two new members to the Board. J.B Waggoner, Managing Partner of Inovatia Laboratories in Fayette and a representative of Howard County, was elected Chairman. Chuck McKeown of Century 21 McKeown and Associates of Moberly was elected Vice Chairman, and Rob Cater of Moberly was chosen for Secretary-Treasurer.

The Board extended thanks to outgoing members Chairman Jim Bratcher and Vice Chairman Joe Snodgrass, both of Moberly. The Board also welcomed new members Shane Adrian of Edward Jones – Shane Adrian in Moberly, and Ray Stewart Vice President of Operations for Everlast in Moberly.

Members of the Board of Directors are chosen by the current Board of Directors and serve a three-year term with an option to renew for an additional three years.
