A Macon man faces two counts of burglary and two counts of stealing, following his arrest Thursday. The Macon County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Gable Nolan Hill had property stolen from Bevier Wednesday in his vehicle, and that he admitted his involvement to deputies. On Wednesday, the office received a report of a suspicious man walking through yards in Bevier, and later received reports of items stolen from sheds. A description of the man and evidence at the scene led investigators to Hill. He was taken to the Macon County Jail on ten thousand dollars, cash-only bond. Hill is due to be arraigned Monday.
