MACC Splits at Mineral Area

T’Aaliyah Miner led Moberly with 15 points, Deannasty Smith had 14, and Keiori Lee had 13. Moberly falls to 25-3, and 12-2 in Region 16. Mineral Area is 19-10, and 9-5 in the region.

In the men’s game, Mineral Area finished the first half on a 17-4 run to go up 25-18, before the Greyhounds came back to win 57-52, their 16th straight win. Moberly took the lead for good with just over five minutes left.

Moberly is 26-3, and 11-0 in the region. Mineral Area falls to 21-7, and 7-4.

Both Moberly teams host Three Rivers in the regular season finale Saturday night.
