MACC President Not Surprised With Another Withhold

MACC President Dr. Jeff Lashley was not surprised when Governor Mike Parson announced a second round of withholdings earlier this week.

While higher education leaders are still putting together the specifics of this withhold, the bottom line with this round appears to be simple.

Lashley understands that this was a difficult decision for the governor to make.

Overall, Governor Parson announced more than 209 million dollars in additional expenditure restrictions due to COVID-19.
