Luntsford Comments On Pending Investigation

The State’s Division of Drug and Crime Control confirmed Wednesday it is investigating Randolph County Sheriff Aaron Wilson, but is not giving out any details. In a written statement, Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie Luntsford said she “received several inquiries regarding an investigation of the Randolph County Sheriff. Please be advised that it would be improper and inappropriate for me to make any statements regarding any potential or pending investigation in this or any other matter. Therefore, I will not be making any comments about these inquiries at this time.”
