The Fed increased its key borrowing rate half of a percent this week in a bid to control inflation. Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer blames the Fed for putting too much money into the economy last year when it looked like the pandemic was ending.

The U.S. added 428 thousand jobs in April, with the unemployment rate unchanged at 3.6 percent.
