Lorry Jean Watson, 74, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024 surrounded by family.

Lorry was born February 18, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri to Robert Cecil and Virginia Vette Wiley. Both preceded her in death.

Lorry was born and raised in the St. Louis area. She relocated to Bowling Green last year to be with her sister and caregiver, Bonnie Schulte.

In her spare time, Lorry liked to frequent yard sales and estate sales. She enjoyed collecting antiques and various knickknacks. She was a great cook, passing down cherished family recipes to her grandchildren. Lorry had a special place in her heart for animals and loved her pets dearly. She had such a fun personality and one-of-a-kind sense of humor. She made every holiday special and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Lorry is survived by her sons, Danny Watson of St. Charles, Robert Watson of St. Louis, and son in law, Steven Kalist of St. Louis; grandchildren, Steven Kalist (Tara), Danielle Stuart (Douglas), Sarah Sexton (Patrick), Robbie Watson, and Zoe Watson; Ten very loved great-grandchildren; brother, Michael Wiley; sisters, Bonnie Schulte and Kelly Baykowski; as well as nieces, nephews, and many family friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carol Piel; brother, Keith Wiley; and daughter, Karla Kalist.

Lorry leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
