Juggling one budget is difficult. Earlier this summer, Dr. Roger Dorson, the Deputy Commissioner with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, says they were actually dealing with three.
Recommendations for the new budget are now with the governor’s office.
Dorson outlines a few of the increases being considered.
The governor is expected to release his budget recommendations after the General Assembly begins its next session in January.
