Logan Head Tosses Complete Game, Cairo Overcomes Early Deficit
Logan Head delivered a complete game and the Cairo Bearcats overcame an early three-run deficit in beating the Westran Hornets 7-3 Monday night. Westran got to Head early.

After the rough first inning, Head settled in to give up just two hits and one walk while striking out 10 over six scoreless frames. He said he felt off in the first.
Marshall Kitchen had two hits for Westran. Throwing on a pitch count, Cooper Harvey gave up one run, two hits, one walk and struck out six over three innings. Coach Tyler Tanner said he was on.
Colt Bondy and Gage Boeger each pitched two innings in relief. Bondy took the loss. Westran falls to 6-14. Cairo improves to 10-6.
