Linneus Woman Injured in Monday Morning Accident

A Linneus woman suffered moderate injuries when she backed her car out of a driveway and into the path of a dump truck on Highway 5 in Linneus around 8:50 Monday morning. The State Highway Patrol says 87-year-old Wanda Hoskins was taken to Columbia. The dump truck driver, 36-year-old Jesse Bowerman of Linneus, was not injured.
