Linn County Residents Ordered To Stay at Home

The Linn County Health Department has ordered residents to stay at home, starting at 8 Friday morning, until the morning of April 24th. It could be extended or rescinded. Non-essential businesses must close, and no more than ten people can gather in a spot. Parks are open, but playgrounds are closed. Violators can be charged with a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail, up to a two thousand dollar fine, or both.
