Lewis Holding Hope For Sludge Bill Passage

Representative Ed Lewis says his sludge bill getting to the governor’s desk may came down to the wire.
The Senate spent just over 40 hours filibustering an FRA bill last week and a state budget proposal must be passed by this Friday.
Lewis’s sludge bill has been in the Senate since February 29th.
