Lewis Clean Water Bill Passes House Nearly Unanimously

One of Representative Ed Lewis’ bills passed out of the House nearly unanimously last week. House Bill 2134 modifies permit requirements and exemptions relating to fertilizer and clean water laws. Only two voted against it.
Lewis says the emergency clause is crucial.
The bill was first read by the Senate last Thursday.
