The Lewis & Clark All Conference basketball teams have been announced for the 2019-20 season. The girls player of the year is Tori Hamilton and the boys player of the year is Jackson King of Salisbury. The girls team features four players from conference champion Scotland County and four players from conference runner-up Salisbury. The Lady Panthers were the lone school to land two players on the first team. On the boys side, the conference champion Westran Hornets had the largest representation with four players. No other school in the conference had more than two players selected.
