Riggs Reflects on Approved Fuel Tax Increase

State Representative Louis Riggs says there were a number of highlights during the legislative session, including approval of an increase in the fuel tax.
The bill would increase the fuel tax by 12.5 total cents over five years. Riggs anticipates lawmakers being called back for more than one special session.
Prefiling of bills for the next regular session begins in December.
