While the volume of traffic on Missouri’s roads is down because of COVID-19, and the stay at home order, law enforcement is running into a major concern. Sergeant Eric Brown with the Highway Patrol explains.
A driver stopped recently was going close to 150 miles per hour.
This excessive speed is not just taking place in metro areas.
Sergeant Eric Brown says traffic in some areas is down over 40 percent.
