Paris quarterback Clayton Langerud will continue his football playing career as a Westminster Blue Jay. Langerud made it official Friday during a ceremony at Paris High School. Langerud explains the main decision behind him choosing Westminster.

Langerud will major in Engineering at Westminster. During his senior season at Paris, Langerud threw for 1,582 yards and 17 touchdowns. He says the pass happy nature of Westminster’s offense was another draw for him.

Langerud battled injuries throughout his sophomore and junior seasons. He credits Paris coach Gary Crusha for prepping him for success during his senior season.

Langerud will join a Westminster Blue Jay squad which went 4-6 in 2019.
