Lady Hounds Climb, Greyhounds Fall From Top 25
Two losses in Iowa this past weekend dropped the Moberly Greyhounds from the NJCAA rankings this week. Moberly, at 3-2, is still getting votes. Salt Lake of Utah remains on top, followed by John A. Logan of Illinois, Kilgore of Texas, Eastern Florida State, and Chipola of Florida. Indian Hills climbed 5five to eighth, Southeastern climbed into the rankings at 17th, Mineral Area dropped another 11 places to 23rd, and both Triton and Highland out of Illinois are also getting votes.
The 6-0 Lady Hounds climbed three places to 18th this week. The top three are unchanged: Northwest Florida State, Chipola, and Jones of Mississippi. Moberly’s next opponent, Three Rivers, climbed two to fourth, and South Georgia Technical College is now fifth. Mineral Area is getting votes.
