La Plata’s Olivia Coy Named Most Photogenic for Miss Missouri Outstanding Teen

La Plata’s Olivia Coy received the Most Photogenic honor at the Miss Missouri Outstanding Teen arrival brunch in Mexico Monday. She wins a scholarship and her photograph will be displayed in the lobby throughout pageant week. Preliminary competition begins Tuesday through Thursday. The new Miss Missouri Outstanding Teen will be crowned Friday night and will move on to compete on the national stage in Orlando later this summer.
