The city will cover 122,000 dollars for the project through American Rescue Plan Act funds. The bid for the project was won by BRS Construction of Baring with a bid of 812,418 dollars. Sawyer details the planned street improvements.
La Plata officials expect the project to begin in the early spring of 2023.
