KWIX Listeners Remember Rush

Many of the callers on the KWIX open line Thursday took time to remember Rush Limbaugh, who passed away earlier this week, after a long and brave battle with lung cancer.

The Rush Limbaugh Show has been a tradition for many years on KWIX from 11-2pm.

Given how timeless and insightful Rush’s commentary is, his producers were able to pull segments relevant for the news cycle and allow us to feature the best of Rush for the immediate time being. KWIX-AM will continue with this transitional programming until our audience is prepared to say good-bye. Our long-term plan will be shared with you soon.
