Knox County School Board Moving Forward With Proposition Kids Bond Issue

The Knox County School District will have a no-tax increase bond issue known as Proposition Kids on the April ballot. Superintendent Andy Turgeon says this will cover several needed facility projects.
The bond totals 2.2 million dollars. Turgeon says replacing the windows on the elementary school is the most pressing need.
If Proposition Kids passes in April, work on some of Knox County’s building projects will begin this summer.
