One of the questions that’s continuing to surface, with more people getting the COVID vaccine, is whether or not additional shots will be necessary, like they are annually with the flu vaccine. At this point, Knox County Health Department Administrator Lori Moots-Clair, says they don’t have the answer.

Moots-Clair is more than two months removed from having gotten her second dose of the vaccine.

More than 25 percent of the population in Knox County has received the COVID vaccine.
