Kirksville School District Considering On-campus Baseball/Softball Complex

During their monthly meeting, the Kirksville School Board discussed the potential construction of an on-campus field for the Kirksville High School baseball and softball teams. Kirksville Superintendent Bob Webb says the conversation on the potential complex is in its early stages.

Both the Kirksville baseball and softball teams currently play at North Park. Webb says whether they move forward with the project will likely be determined in the next month.

Funds for the potential baseball/softball complex would likely come from the Kirksville School District’s facilities budget.
