The Kirksville Police Department is attempting to locate 55-year old Meredith Ann Waters Lewis. The department was contacted on Sunday by one of Lewis’ family members reporting they hadn’t had contact with her since late last week. The family also advised Lewis had been dealing with health problems and were concerned for her well-being. Kirksville Police have been able to determine Lewis was last seen east of Kirksville on October 30th. It was also learned she had been dropped off in the area of Highway P and the Highway 63 bypass at approximately 5:35 pm that day. Lewis is identified as a white female, approximately five-foot-seven-inches tall and 145 pounds. She has red hair and green eyes. Lewis also has several identifying tattoos including a moon on her left foot, a peace sign on her right foot, a sun on her right shoulder, and a moon and stars on her left calf. She was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black sandals.
