KIRKSVILLE POLICE INVESTIGATING HOME INVASION ROBBERY

One person has been arrested following a home invasion and robbery in Kirksville Saturday night. Kirksville Police say a man went to Northeast Regional Medical Center about 9:15 with injuries after five or six people with guns forced their way into his home in the 400 block of East Scott, assaulted him, and took some of his property and cash. Police were able to determine one of the suspects, served a search warrant, and found the victim’s property. One person potentially faces charges for burglary, robbery, armed criminal action and resisting arrest. Police continue to investigate the incident and identify any additional witnesses and or suspects.
