Kirksville Man Hurt In Linn County Crash

One man was hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Linn County around 1:55 Thursday afternoon on Highway 11 two miles west of New Boston. The State Highway Patrol says a pickup driven by 66-year-old Gary Deutschman of New Boston was preparing to make a wide right turn and was hit in the right side by another pickup driven by 71-year-old Robert Long of Kirksville. Long suffered moderate injuries and was flown to Columbia. Deutschman was not injured.
