Kirksville Girls Golf Qualifies For State Class 2 Tournament

The Kirksville Lady Tigers are heading to Columbia Country Club next Monday to compete for a Class 2 golf title after winning districts at Heritage Hills Golf Course in Moberly Monday. The Tigers shot a 370 to qualify. Kirksville coach Emily Powell says competing for a state title is a special opportunity.

Southern Boone senior Lily Frazier was the district low-medalist after shooting a 78.

Helias was the other team qualifier after shooting a team score of 389.
