Kirksville Council Approves Electric Scooter Agreement

The Kirksville City Council has approved an agreement with Bird Rides, Incorporated dealing with electric scooters. Assistant City Manager Ash Young says this is the first deployment of e-scooters in the city.

Young says the company plans a fleet of about 50 e-scooters in Kirksville.

Young says plans also remain in place for the new aquatic center to open on June 19th.
