Kirksville City Council Gives Initial Approval to New Budget

Following a public hearing last Monday, the Kirksville City Council gave initial approval to the new budget. Assistant City Manager Ash Young.

Approval on first reading was unanimous.

The budget is expected to be formally approved on December 16th.
