Kirksville City Buildings to Reopen

Beginning Tuesday, all Kirksville city buildings will reopen to the public for regular business hours, excluding holidays. To continue to help protect the community and staff from COVID-19, and ensure the availability of municipal services, a face covering is required to enter a city building. Small children are exceptions.
The city continues to offer online utility bill payment, including online registration for utility services, for customers using credit or debit cards. The city also has two utility payment drop-off locations: the white drop box across the street from City Hall and the drop slot located on the front of City Hall. In addition, you may mail your utility payment.
