KIRKSVILLE APPROVES UTILITY RATE INCREASE

Kirksville Assistant City Manager Ash Young says a utility rate increase officially takes effect the first of the year.
He says these are never easy decisions to make.
Young says this is something that’s evaluated every year.
A public hearing took place before the Kirksville City Council approved the increase.
