Kirksville Approves 2021 Budget

The Kirksville City Council approved the 2021 budget Monday. Assistant City Manager Ash Young notes about 43% of the $44 million budget is heading towards infrastructure and capital improvements.

Young highlights some of the other projects.

The council also accepted a bid from Stanton Contracting and W.L. Miller to conduct its concrete and asphalt work.
