November 12, 2019 11:15AM CST

The Keytesville School Board approved eight-man football Monday. Centralmoinfo.com asked Superintendent Josh Shoemaker if it will be a co-op.
Shoemaker explains how the eight-man conversation developed.
Shoemaker says the move helps the CLAA’s stability.
Keytesville, Brunswick, and Northwestern started a three-team baseball and softball co-op this year. As Shoemaker noted, Brunswick and Northwestern do not have football, but Brunswick elected against eight-man football at its last school board meeting.
