K-12 Education Expected to Take a Hit in the New Budget

As state lawmakers continue to work on the new state budget, many, including Brent Ghan with the Missouri School Boards Association, expect K-12 education to take a hit.
And the reason is COVID-19 and the impact on the economy.
Also of concern, is a potential withhold in the current budget year.
