Organizers were looking to make this past Saturday’s Junk Junktion bigger than the past two, and according to Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Director Megan Schmitt, they succeeded.

It was an opportunity for people to look at and purchase vintage, antique and re-purposed products from vendors, and to shop and eat downtown.

The event was set up in the 300, 400 and 500 blocks of Reed Street, and for the first time, included a car show in the 200 block of Reed Street.

Junk Junktion is scheduled annually during Homecoming weekend.
