House Elementary and Secondary Education Chair Agrees Decisions on School Lies Locally

With school years approaching, superintendents and board of education members across the state will have decisions to make on how they re-open school. Representative Chuck Basye, who is the chair of the House Elementary and Secondary Education Committee, agrees those decisions should be made on a district-by-district basis.

Basye would like the see students return to in person classes.

Most districts currently plan to start classes on or near August 24th.
