House Destroyed in Moberly Fire

A house in the 900-block of Maurwood Circle in Moberly was deemed a total loss following a fire Monday afternoon. Captain Ross Dutton says firefighters were dispatched to the property just before 3:30.

It took one hour for firefighters to get the blaze under control. Dutton said the damage was extensive.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is undetermined following a fire marshal investigation.
