Hemp Producers Seeking Unified Voice

Cook says the One Voice initiative would help state hemp associations provide a strong, unified message to USDA and lawmakers when discussing policy.

Cook notes that one of the goals is to establish a national association to which state groups can belong to, similar to other commodity groups with a presence in Washington.
