Healthy Community Day Scheduled for May 10th in Moberly

The annual Healthy Community Day will be held May 10th at Moberly Municipal Auditorium from 3 to 6 pm. About 40 vendors will take part in this year’s event. Randolph County Health Department Health Educator Kara Bunten says this includes A1C screenings being provided.

Those getting A1C screenings are asked to not fast before the screening. Bunten provides further details on the vendors.

There is no charge for vendors to take part, but they are required to provide a door prize for attendees. Bunten explains the event’s goal.

There will also be free haircuts, BMI screenings and food trucks.
