Health Insurance Rates Going Up in Kirksville School District

The Kirksville School District is preparing its staff for health insurance open enrollment. Assistant Superintendent Tricia Reger says they’re dealing with the same problem as everyone else.

Reger adds there are some different factors causing the increased rates.

The Kirksville School District partners with the Sundvold Agency to provide health insurance for district employees. Reger explains the enrollment process for staff.

The cost for the district’s basic health insurance plan is approximately 680 dollars a month.
