Have Patience Driving During Harvest Season

This is the time of the year when you will traditionally see a lot of large farm machinery on the road. Sergeant Eric Brown with the highway patrol says during harvest season, motorists need to be aware that they may encounter slow moving traffic throughout the day and evening.

Patience is a key word.

Brown says at times it can take several miles before it is safe for a farmer to pull over to allow other vehicles to pass.
